Refund and Returns Policy

At LOOKERIO (https://lookerio.in/), we are committed to providing you with a smooth shopping experience. All items sold on our website are covered under either a 7-day return policy or a 7-day replacement policy, depending on the product category.

Note: All Appliances are covered only under the 7-day replacement policy. Please check the applicable policy before making your purchase.

You can easily raise a return or replacement request from the “My Orders” section on our website.

7-Day Return Policy

You are eligible to return a product under the following conditions:

  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in undamaged condition, with original packaging intact.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.

7-Day Replacement Policy

You are eligible for a free replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved via repair or replacement, a full refund will be issued.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition with:
    • Undamaged outer box
    • Original tags
    • Warranty cards
    • User manual
    • All included accessories

We may contact you to assess the damage or defect before issuing a refund or replacement.
Note: Items damaged due to misuse will not qualify.

Refunds for replacements will also be processed within 7 days of receiving the product at our warehouse.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

The following items will not qualify for return or replacement:

  • Damage due to misuse or mishandling
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Defects not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
  • Incidental damage caused by product malfunction
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Products returned in a different condition than received

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days once the returned parcel is received.
  • The amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed to the account details shared during the return request.

Broken Items

If your item arrives broken, please email us within 7 days of receipt at lookeriostore@gmail.com. Include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your Name
  • A clear photo of the broken item

We will replace the item at no extra cost.
Note: Claims without a photo will not be valid.

Defective Items

If your item has a manufacturing defect, please email us at lookeriostore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Mention:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your Name
  • Details of the defect with a photo clearly showing the issue

We will collect the defective item and send a replacement after quality verification.
Note: Claims without returning the defective product will not be processed.
