7-Day Return Policy
You are eligible to return a product under the following conditions:
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be in undamaged condition, with original packaging intact.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
7-Day Replacement Policy
You are eligible for a free replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If the issue cannot be resolved via repair or replacement, a full refund will be issued.
- The item must be returned in its original condition with:
- Undamaged outer box
- Original tags
- Warranty cards
- User manual
- All included accessories
We may contact you to assess the damage or defect before issuing a refund or replacement.
Note: Items damaged due to misuse will not qualify.
Refunds for replacements will also be processed within 7 days of receiving the product at our warehouse.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement
The following items will not qualify for return or replacement:
- Damage due to misuse or mishandling
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Defects not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
- Incidental damage caused by product malfunction
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Products returned in a different condition than received
Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days once the returned parcel is received.
- The amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed to the account details shared during the return request.
Broken Items
If your item arrives broken, please email us within 7 days of receipt at lookeriostore@gmail.com. Include:
- Your Order Number
- Your Name
- A clear photo of the broken item
We will replace the item at no extra cost.
Note: Claims without a photo will not be valid.
Defective Items
If your item has a manufacturing defect, please email us at lookeriostore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Mention:
- Your Order Number
- Your Name
- Details of the defect with a photo clearly showing the issue
We will collect the defective item and send a replacement after quality verification.
Note: Claims without returning the defective product will not be processed.
