📦 Where do you ship?
At LOOKERIO, we aim to deliver our premium glassware to every household across India. If your pincode is currently out of our delivery coverage, please contact us at lookeriostore@gmail.com, and we will try to arrange delivery through a local courier.
Currently, we do not ship internationally. However, if you’re located outside India and wish to place an order, please email us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
💰 Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
COD availability depends on the coverage area of our courier partners. If COD is not available for your location, we recommend completing the order via online payment to avoid delays.
🚚 What are the shipping charges?
Free shipping on all orders above ₹1000
A flat ₹100 shipping fee is applicable on orders below ₹1000
⏱️ When will my LOOKERIO order be delivered?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
Please note: While we strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible, unforeseen delays may occur due to courier-related or external factors. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
📲 How can I track my order status?
You’ll receive email or WhatsApp notifications once your order is:
Confirmed
Dispatched (including tracking link and courier details)
You may also be contacted if:
We need additional information to process your order
Any product in your order is unavailable
There are issues with delivery
📦 Important: Receiving Your Order
When your order is delivered:
Inspect the outer packaging before accepting it
Do not accept any package that appears damaged or tampered
COD orders must be paid in full before opening or inspecting the package
You must inspect the products within 7 days of delivery. Any damage or issue must be reported within this period by contacting us at lookeriostore@gmail.com.
If no issues are reported within 7 days, the products will be considered accepted.
📉 Responsibility for Damages During Transit
LOOKERIO is responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration until the order is delivered to you. After delivery, we are not liable for any damages caused by handling, storage, or usage.
⏳ What if my order is delayed?
In rare cases where there’s a delay beyond 7 days, we will inform you using the contact details provided in your order.
If any item in your order cannot be shipped within this time frame, we’ll contact you for approval to proceed with available items. The amount for unshipped products will be refunded via your original payment method.
